Reiki is a form of hands-on energy healing that helps alleviate stress and pain, calm the mind and body, and stimulate the body's natural healing process.  It can also assist with experiencing restful sleep because the mind and body are more relaxed.

Appointments are for up to 1.25 hours including consultation time. 
(Allow up to 1.5 hours for your first appointment).
